I’ve flirted w/ veganism for the last 7 months. I feel great but I see that that skin is starting to loose elasticity. If this is happening on outside, telling what is happening inside? (I’m female 55+ athlete that needs to recovery daily from swim/bike/run/weights in schedule) Is there a similar vegan product that you know of or enlightenment you can provide?
You should check out Denise Minger’s work. She has an excellent (and super in-depth) blog, where she talks about nutrition, including her previous experience with veganism (start here: https://deniseminger.com/for-vegans/). I think you’d find it very useful. Her book is also an excellent read, one of my favourite food science books.
