    Another example of the sloppy and sensationist kind of science journalism that only creates confusion among the readers instead of responsibly and thouroughly covering a topic.

    First, it is a study on dolphins! Not exactly a well-established animal model for type II diabetes.

    Second, it is all about heptadecanoic acid, a rare saturated fatty acid (found in trace amounts in milk fat), certainly not “saturated fat” per se, as the title misleadingly suggests.
