@carlsonbjj I’m going to do a deeper investigation into the role of magnesium as a cofactor for some of the vitamin D-related enzymes. I think this could have a profound effect on people with polymorphisms in the same vitamin D-related genes that result in a loss of function. Thanks for posting this. More to come…
