Hi, I am new to polymorphisms and would like any input with regards to my results from my comprehensive report. I have the PEMT rs7946(T;T), MTHFD1 rs2236225(C;T), FUT2 rs602662(G;G) and the MTRR rs1801394(A;G). Should I run other tests, supplement or take action of some sort? Is there a service I can consult with to help explain? Sounds like I could be choline and B deficient which may explain elevated AST & ALT levels and other ongoing issues I’ve had. Thanks for any help.
