    I’m curious. Any evidence that HIIT is better at inducing autophagy? I assume is boosts GH. But more so than regular exercise?

      So I wonder if a diet low in AGEs and maybe supplements that protect against AGEs might be efficacious? Low AGEs diet. Benfotiamine, lipoic acid, NAC, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, Carnosine and maybe some flavonoids?
