    I’ve read that PQQ provides a temporary cognitive boost, but I can not find the length of time that this boost. Could someone let me know? Much appreciated.

      What is the genetic mutation that some people have that should stay away from dietary cholesterol? Have they found it to be true or is it still under investigation?

        I have heard that FOXOs have been linked with the development of major depression https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26279492. Any comments/findings from your perspective with regards to this and FMD benefits?
