Randomized controlled trial finds that obese women that did intermittent fasting (24 hrs) and ate 30% less food (caloric restriction) for 10 weeks lost more fat mass, had improved triglycerides and decreased LDL cholesterol compared to women that only fasted or only did caloric restriction.
I have been doing IF for a couple of years now and overall really enjoy the freedom and effects. It recently occurred to me, though, that I might be negating some of the benefits with my CBD oil that I dose before bed and upon awakening. It’s about a ml or just over that of coconut oil that the CBD is in. Is that enough to knock me out if that faster stare from a standpoint of congnitive benefits and other?
