In an early appearance by Rhonda on the JRE (459), there was mention of potential harm by the increase in IGF and Deoxycholic acid in a high fat diet. In light of her new interviews, and that of TIm Ferriss, of people like Peter Attia and Dom D'agostino, I’m wondering if these issues are still of concern. Are these large enough concerns to avoid a low-carb/high fat diet? Thanks!
