Thanks for the additional info.
So, it appears the dose is somewhere between 1 & 10 teaspoons. :-)
For now, I’ve just been putting 1 tsp in a big glass of smoothie #2.
Wow, you are able to eat that smoothie. I have tried to make it a habit, but I could not, so I made them into sandwiches that I eat every day. Well, great glad to help!
The dose that Fahey described in a recent podcst with the owner of Kuli Kuli is ten teaspoons to see a result in trials or some epidemiological evidence, which means that the founder is not following their own recommendation.
Also, I ran out of food recently, and have been eating large amounts of broccoli sprouts on bread. Now they have been having mustard powder on them so their is more active marasase in the sandwich. Have you ever eaten large amounts of this stuff with active emzems and had a reaction?
Thanks for looking to reach out! I try to reply to every single email I get (really!), but sometimes it takes a little while or some messages just fall through the cracks, usually by accident.

Any idea of what dose of moringa that Rhonda Patric PH.D is putting in her smothie?
I was searching for that, also. I couldn’t find the answer here, so I checked the Kuli Kuli site & their recommended dose is “1 teaspoon = all day vitality”. https://www.kulikulifoods.com/collections/moringa-powders/products/moringa-vitality-teaspoon
