Passionate of watching sports (just watching), but mostly a couch potato during my past life (but not anymore, mostly thanks to Rhonda). Fortunately I'm not fat, but more on the side of a skinny weak person. Good husband and also father of two beautiful girls who need a more physically and mentally capable dad. In this new stage of my life, I started doing regular exercise by the end of 2016 and incorporating changes in my lifestyle following the information given by Rhonda. I feel completely changed. I owe my new life to you Rhonda! Thanks a lot! I'm from Mexico City and have a PhD in Environmental Engineering (specialized in computational fluid dynamics). I live in Perth, Australia since 2009.
