For what little its worth, ive been eating keto since february 2016 and ive never felt happier. I used to feel depressed regularly, sluggish, low. Now that im super high fat, with only a few servings of veggies and fewer fruits per week, im fitter than ever and happier than i thought possible for me. After 38 years of depression i am a proof, n=1, this isnt true - or at least for everyone.
What confuses me is: High folate levels during pregnancy doubles risk of autism, Johns Hopkins study finds. I’d rather avoid autism and work on longevity later. Thanks

Mothers with highest folate levels had newborns with telomeres 10% longer & every 10ng/ml increase in folate was linked to 5.8% increase in telomeres
I’d rather have a non-autistic kid with shorter telomeres.
Hey Kevinrose. Nice job with that clarification. Thank you. I try to eat dark chocolate every day but I don’t think I eat 40 grams. Just a few bites I think I get about 20. I try to get at least 85% so I think I’m good.
