Contrary to common wisdom, celery stalks don’t contain a very significant amount of luteolin (1.4 mg/100 g), only celery leaves (18 mg) do. The most significant amount is found in globe artichokes (42 mg), but I’m not sure how much of that is actually found in the edible parts of the plant. Sage and thyme also contain large amounts of luteloin (30-50 mg). [Source: phenol-explorer.eu]
