I’ve been looking around for vegetables to include in my daily diet and happened upon this gem. More sulforaphane, more convenient, and at a lesser cost. The best part is that it works with all sources of pre-sulforaphane nutrients.

For example I would imagine that adding daikon or horse radish to rhondas broccoli sprout shake would increase the sulforaphane content even more.

    Or as Rhonda has mentioned you can use just a bit of mustard powder. I bought some broccoli sprout powder and I take a small amount of it with just a tiny bit of mustard powder but man does it taste bad !
